Free Short Story

Post by Anna Elliott » Thu August 26th, 2010, 7:09 pm

I may be a bit absent from the board for the next few weeks as I get sucked into book-launch busy-ness--apologies! But I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm giving away 2 short stories for free to celebrate the release of Dark Moon of Avalon. The first of them is now available, and can be downloaded for free in various printer/e-reader formats on my website, or (because of Amazon policy) you can get it for 99 cents on the Kindle store.

A quick word about the story itself:

The Witch Queen's Secret

In the shadow of King Arthur's Britain, a young mother will need all her courage to save the Queen's castle from the hands of a traitor… A stand-alone story of Trystan and Isolde featuring a secondary character from the universe of Anna Elliott’s Twilight of Avalon.

Author of the Twilight of Avalon trilogy
new book: Dark Moon of Avalon, coming Sept 14 from Simon &Schuster (Touchstone)

Thanks so much, Jules and Michelle!! And yes, I am really happy with the cover. It's a very different look from book 1--which I also liked--but the newer is more eye catching. Hope so, anyway! :)
