Where Are You Now?
19th century Russia. Right now, life is just a series of fabulous balls and soirees... but the French Grand Armee is coming...
Whoever wishes to foresee the future must consult the past; for human events ever resemble those of preceding times. This arises from the fact that they are produced by men who ever have been, and ever shall be, animated by the same passions, and thus they necessarily have the same results.

All over the place - I'm reading 3 books at once!
1. I'm in a 17thC haunted field in which an apparition is searching for his eyeballs.
2. I'm a 70 year old woman hiding in a house in Cape Cod with a baby.
3. I'm Eleanor of Aquitaine and I'm 15 years old (although acting like a rather mature woman of the world) forsooth so I am!

Best of luck with your efforts.

It's 1189 and I, Lady Alix of Wanthwaite, am on my way to London disguised as a boy. Soothly, I am accompanied by a cunning Scot, none other than Lord Enoch Angus Boggs of Dingle-Boggs, and being chased by a knight by the name of Magnus Barefoot who wants my head on a spike! Oh woe is me!!
