It doesn't look like anyone is making new posts there, except for those of us who have posted the rapidly disappearing notices about the new forum. The most recent post appears to have been one by Divia on August 21, before the site went dark. It seems weird that it would have been so hard for the moderators to contact the owner to get the home page updated, and now the site is back up and obviously being "tended to" by someone.
Browse over 5000 historical novel listings (probably well over 5000 by now, but I haven't re-counted lately) and over 700 reviews at www.HistoricalNovels.info
I dont think I'll delete any of my posts but I can see why some would want to. Their call. I'm not that motivated actually.

Hehehe! Me neither! I thought about it but then thought about everything I could be doing instead!

Books to the sky,
My pile of books is a mile high.
How I love them! How I need them!
So I've finished going through the list, sending pms to anybody with more than 5 posts. Some of them will still have that hooked up to their email notification system.
I think I might have hit one or two that are already here -- the brain was turning into cottage cheese by the end of the process.
It worked for me- thankyou for the PM! I was so confused about what had happened to the forum- and am still slightly confused to be honest! What happened? I was relieved to receive the PM telling me about this place.

There's a thread here that goes some way towards explaining what went on.

That's certainly my intention, although it is probably fair to say that I have a vested interest.
