I'm a new convert to HF from SF/fantasy and a few other things.
I was given Winter King by Bernard Cornwell and now I'm hooked. I'm really loving the Arthurian stories (currently reading Camulod by Jack Whyte) and I think I will spend a lot of time reading Dark/Middle Age HF of Britain and Western Europe.
If this is the reincarnation of the old forum, then good job on those who switched. If not, then....still...the site looks great!

- Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
- Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
- Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.
