Yuk, emr, that sounds horrible.
Just ordered "Pride and Prejudice & Zombies" from Amazon (they now have free delivery on everything, yay - perhaps this should go under the "excuses to buy a book" thread!); too good to resist for someone who has an Austen aversion (thank you A Level English); I can now rebel, although I have to admit that I did actually enjoy P & P when I finally brought myself to read it several years ago.

Yes, I've read most of Barbara Erskine's novel and have always enjoyed them. She's one of my favourite authors. They do have a touch of the supernatural about them, as well as some historical fiction.
