is there a way to display the most
recent posts on site? this always
helps me to navigate.

or it may be that it is displayed somewhere
but i've missed it?

You can click "New Posts" at the top of the board, which will bring up the latest ones.

You can also click on Quick Links and then Today's Posts. Sometimes Today's Posts lists many more than New Posts. Or else I just have a strange laptop that can't make up its mind because sometimes my tool bar has New Posts and then it shows Today's Posts. :rolleyes:
