Speaking of commutes, my commute time is about to drop by a third as I got a new job today!

I resigned from my current job, so now just have to get ready to change over!

It will actually change my reading a bit because the commute is when I read so instead of having 3 hours reading time every day it will be down to less than 2!

I was the only bidder an a gorgeous Mother of Pearl brooch with a painting based on one painting they think may really be of Lady Jane Grey:

The seller had another one based on a painting that might not be Jane at all but Catherine Parr, it went for $91, I was very pleased.

Gluten free crusts on a pizza? I want one of them. Lucky you, LoveHistory! Fortunately, I can make my own spelt bread courtesy of our wonderful bread machine, but pizzas are not a great idea too often.

Today I came within a whisker of finishing the first draft of my third novel, The Road to Rome, and should do so tomorrow. So does that mean I should have posted then? :)
