This is from yesterday. We were all feeling decidely unmotivated yesterday, so three of us went bowling at lunchtime! Not something to do every week, but it was fun!

It is a gorgeous spring day here so we went to the beach and wandered around the craft market, and then wandered along the waterfront, had some lunch etc.

Very pleasant way to pass a few hours.

Went away for a 3 day weekend for homecoming weekend at my graduate school. Got to see campus (lots of construction) and old friends.

Well, for those of you who know how my daughter suffers with nerves before performing, you will be pleased to know that today she was entered into a contemporary dance competition. She did a dance choreographed by our Pilates teacher, also a choreographer, lasting 2.34mins, on her own. She didnt win, her fellow competitors were seasoned pro's at the events. However, she did it. The dance was not the same as she did in rehersal in the morning, but she carried on and finished it! We were so pleased with her!

(she then went on to do her dance lesson for 2 hours this evening! she is well tired!!)
