I have air con!!!! Yey!!!!

He came to fix it today, and it was a kink in the water pipe....apparenlty done at installation. Now, this guy has been out no end of times before so why did he not see it before? Never mind, it is now cool in my house!
A good book and a good coffee, what more can anyone want? xx

Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
Favorite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger

Yesterday a parcel arrived at home and it was a cardigan that Terry's sister knitted for me, she is very good at knitting cables. I love it !!
