Thanks, C.W., although I have been to your site and I can see there what I need to work towards!
By the way I asked my librarian wife to pick up your book from work tonight. You might be pleased to know that it is currently checked out, so she had to reserve it for me. It has gone out ten times, which according to her is "quite respectable" for the Albany library system. (Of course you could also see this as nine lost sales...)
