I found this very helpful. And funny. It's a video of a talk Elizabeth Gilbert (of Eat, Pray, Love fame) gave on the subject of creative genius.

I had enough trouble getting through her self absorbed book (and wall banged it before was finished). I don't need to hear or read anymore of her.
