Oh, I love Norah Lofts. Her 'King's Pleasure' was rerelased here in the states, and I loved it. I also enjoy the Platangent era, esp anything having to do with Eleanor of Aquitain. Have you read any of Sharon Kay Penmans books about the time period?

We enjoyed our visits to York, and would love to go again some time!

Hello! I am jealous of you, my favorite HF books of all time are set in Yorkshire and I am dying to get there and visit the world of the Morlands!
