How many books did you read in 2008?

Post by Alaric » Thu January 1st, 2009, 10:03 am

Looking over my reading log I ended up reading a rather pitiful eighteen books in 2008, down three from 2007. I attribute the drop off to a couple of lengthy phases of not being bothered. :o

I'm down 25 books compared to 2007. I ended up reading 182 books in 2008.

This is the first year I ever kept track of the number of books read. 109

I'm not even half as fast as you guys. I read just 27 in 2008 and for me that's good! I beat my record by 2 books, as in 2007 I read 25. LOL.

Not as much as others either...20 books. That's actually pretty good for me because I can't read as much as I'd like during the school year due to teacher related work I must do at home.

I hit 93, at least according to the 100 book group at goodreads, and doesn't count those I did not finish. Might have been more if I forgot to list one or two before I started tracking.

Im at 65, which is average for me. I'd probably read more if it wasn't for the school year (tho the summer months usually make up for it).

Only about 20/21, I seem to read less every year, but buy more!
