Interest in HF: The first historical novel I read was Katherine by Anya Seton and this sparked off my interest in this genre.
Favourite HF book: Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell!

A belated Happy New Year to all of you. I took down my Christmas lights on Sunday and put up my Mardi Gras lights on Tuesday. It's Carnival season......Mardi Gras Feb 24th.
