Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.

They should watch those curly cover fonts, they are hard to read. When I first glanced at that squiggly pink text for 'The Warrior's Caress' I read 'the Warrior's Carcass'. :p

I read it the correct way. *smug grin* But I see how you could read the wrong title.
