Nice hairstyle idea, I bet I could recreate that rolled look at the side and finish it in a casual bun for work. Love learning new updos.
She does remind me of the red dress and pearls model pose. In fact there's a line around her neck that looks like a necklace has been photoshopped out maybe?

Dejavu book covers
Re: Dejavu book covers
I think it's likely the same gal, that hairdo and pose is making the rounds, sans pearls and red dress.Lisa wrote:Nice hairstyle idea, I bet I could recreate that rolled look at the side and finish it in a casual bun for work. Love learning new updos.

Some changes made to make it look different (hair smoothed out, texture/color change to the dress) but with the necklace being the same, it's definitely the same original image, or at least the same photoshoot.

The Ashford Affair version is much, much better.

Re: Dejavu book covers
See now I don't think of that cover as a "romantic comedy" cover, I think of it as a serious cover because of all the other books that had it. Not that I read any of them, but none of them looked like comedies.

It is an odd choice for a comedy themed book.Lisa wrote:See now I don't think of that cover as a "romantic comedy" cover, I think of it as a serious cover because of all the other books that had it. Not that I read any of them, but none of them looked like comedies.
