Hahaha, any publicity is good publicity I guess.

For the book covers, I guess if they are confident the story is good and they couldn't help the cover, they're maybe poking fun at themselves while getting their book seen at the same time. Not so bad.

The second author doesn't sound that clever though, they maybe didn't bother to read what the list was about (great reading comprehension for an author!).

The second author likely doesn't look that closely. She must troll the lists, she hit one of mine within minutes after I created it

We don't see hats on ladies much in the Pacific NW. Perhaps they wear them for formal dress parties, but I don't get invited to them. We're more of a jeans and tennis shoe mindset.

Yes she looks familiar, I seem to remember her on a more reddish cover but can't remember what it is.
