Swiss Army Products vs.... Swiss Army Products

Post by Rowan » Fri December 19th, 2008, 9:10 pm

Okay I decided this year that I wanted a new watch for Xmas, but nothing I saw in the stores was anything that piqued my interest. So I decided to glance around on eBay. Swiss Army's watches caught my eye and I found one that I liked for a very reasonable price. Something that caught my eye, though, as I was doing research on how much I was truly saving, is that there seem to be two companies (Victorinox and Wenger) which claim to provide the authentic Swiss Army products (knives, watches, etc.) and both are over 100 years old, to within a few years of each other. Does anyone here know anything about these companies to tell me if these are both authentic?
