Thanks all! Yes, this has been a very stressful time! As for pictures, it's just a simple two story unit, the bedrooms and full bath upstairs, I wish it was a little bigger, but it's serviceable for the next few years until we can move off the island, though after all this, I'm not sure I want to do it again any time soon!

Glad things are working out for you. We lived in WA twice during my husband's naval career, Bremerton and Kirkland. yes, I remember that weather, and yes, it does rain an awful lot! When I see Vashon Island for your location I think of Betty MacDonald, of The Egg and I and Mrs. Piggle Wiggle fame.

I lived in Kirkland for a year when I was 7, with my godmother.

And yes, we are the home of Betty McDonald. Kelsey Grammer lived here for many years, I never got to meet him but I saw him a couple of times.
