I can add another DNF "The King's Witch" by Cecilia Holland, it just didn't catch my attention.
Oops, I was talking about sniveling at the end of The Bruce Trilogy. :o ;)
OHHHHHHHHHH! Yes, very sad. The whole freaking book was pretty sad if you ask me. Very little to go "yay" on!

Finished Tuck and greatly enjoyed the entire King Raven trilogy. Have now started Stephen King's 11/22/63.

Anyone here read that one yet? Have any comments?

Sworn Sword by James Aitcheson - very good so far for a first novel - very atmospheric with some fine descriptions. Quite fighty :-)

I am also re-reading at the same time the Charlaine Harris Sookie Stackhouse novels on my Kindle. I read them very recently but rather galloped through them during the time that my terminal father in law was leaving us, so there are a few blanks in my mind I need to fill in.

Hawk Quest has just joined my Kindle TBR.

Yes I found I speed-read the Sookie books first time round, how far did you get in the series EC? I thought she lost the plot a bit in books 5 and 6, to the point where I thought I'd missed out a book. I don't know where her editor was, especially for book 6!

Ahh I've loved all the Sookie Stackhouse books and I've read all of them that have been published so far :) The first few titles in the series were the best though.

I have the Bruce trilogy(TBR list)...Ummm in sadness does it compare to Penman's Welsh trilogy? I had a meltdown with that one...Mind you I was in love with ALL the characters even the dastardly Davydd :D ...yes I know I'm rather fickle that way :D :D

Bec :)
