[quote=""rebecca""]I can't wait to see Bridesmaids...I could do with a comedy and I watched Sleepy Hollow years ago. I think it is time I re-ordered it  :D .

I really liked "Bridesmaids"...much more intelligent than the trailers would have you believe.

Hubby and I saw "Contagion" last night, a science thriller about a killer virus. In the middle of the movie, hubby sneezed and everyone around us gasped then giggled nervously. Wanted to wear mask and gloves in the subway!

I just watched Monsieur N, about Napoleon's exile on St. Helena and a bit of a mystery surrounding his death. Now watching another set of Dark Shadows, and Kate Jackson has made her first appearance in the cast.

Which one was it?
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!

Oh I was so disappointed in that one! Ive loved the Mickey Mouse version of that since I was a little kid (I even show that section of Fantasia to my students). I had high expectations of this one, it really fell flat for me.

The 'Bridesmaids' should be released soon on DVD and I am looking forward to it. I have seen the trailers for 'Contagion' and it looks good so I'll be waiting for that one too.

I watched XMen First class a few days ago and really enjoyed it :D I also want to see Jane Eyre...but I have reservations...how many times can one do this particular movie while trying to bring something original to it? We'll see ;) .

I quite liked Jane Eyre Bec, but I know what you mean - there's been so many productions, it's difficult to see what could be new about it. I thought it was incredibly atmospheric and quite spooky in places, Mia Wasikowska (pardon my spelling if it's wrong! :o ) as Jane was fab too. I'd love to see a film of Anne Bronte's Tenant of Wildfell Hall :)
