[quote=""Madeleine""]Ah that's sweet Brenna, hope Padfoot can be outside today too. We've had glorious weather over the last few days, and we were looking after a little spaniel until Saturday night so she spent most of her 3 days with us in the garden which she loved, although the local wildlife was a bit put out!

He is at doggy daycare today, so he will get a good mixture of inside/outside time. The bonus is he will be exhausted when he comes home so I can enjoy some "me" time!

I had a wonderful time last night meeting new people, getting a huge hug from SKP, and spending time with my momma! My mom and I had a long talk on the way up and way back from the book signing and it really gave me a new perspective on what is happening at my work. Do I really need these people's approval? Why am I giving them the power over me to make me feel really bad about myself? It totally changed my outlook for this morning! Hopefully, cross your fingers, I can hold on to it! Now, to read Lionheart!

So today is Happy Acquisition day in my household. One year ago today, I picked Padfoot up and brought him home! Here is his first "picture" with mommy!

Right about now is the nine-year anniversary of me getting Sidney-pup, too. I don't know what day it was (busy year that year, and lots has happened since ...). Happy day to all the pup-heads ... and all the fuzzies and scalies we love.

Nothing specific to today, but since I last came to the fora, I got a request for revisions from Dream Agent, attended the James River Writers conference, got called FIRST for Pitchapalooza, met Jeff Sypeck, met LOTS of great authors and literati, and have had a generally amazing week or so ...

Oh, and I went to the fair, too. You can never have a miserable time with insanely adorable piglets, bunnies, goats, and moo-moo cows around.

Moon walk after class.
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!
