I got Kathleen Parr: Complete Works and Correspondence by Janel Mueller. Great book; it covers lots more than its title indicates.
Also got Red Queen, White Queen by Maureen Peters. I was disappointed to find that this wasn't set during the Wars of the Roses, but is about Henry I of England's queens. This is an ex-library edition; a patron took it upon himself or herself to mark all of the typos in the book, of which there are many.

Went to the Friend of library sale today at my local branch. Got Shadow of the Moon and Tradewind by MM Kaye in HB, pristine condition, a Dorothy Eden novel, a civil war trilogy and a 1956 edition of Anya Seton's Katherine. All for a whopping $3.50. There's a lovely geneological chart inside the Seton book, I'll scan next week and post a copy here.

Went back today for the stuff everything you can in a bag for $3 library sale today. Have a bunch of Laurie McBain and Jennifer Blake romances, plus some Philippa Carr who I did not realize was Plaidy/Holt until I got home. I have no idea where these books are going to go...

I'm only on Edward I in my Kings/Queens challenge, so it'll be next year before I even reach the Tudors. But if it's a really good book on her, it might be the one I read.
When ever I read the name John Edwards, I think of someone else entirely, LOL!

What book are you reading on Edward I? Just curious! I'm wanting to get a book on Edward III, but not sure which one yet.
