Hi Elizabeth
I am really looking forward to your books on Eleanor of Aquitaine, what a woman. What a Queen! I also think it's a good idea to incorporate her life in 3 novels rather than one as it simply wouldn't do her credit. This is an amazing woman who lived a long life(for those times) and I have found that those who write about Eleanor perhaps make the mistake of trying to fit her larger than life experiences in one short novel. It simply doesn't work.
I love the works of Sharon Penman and have all her novels too(except the mystery one's) and am so looking forward to Lionheart and now she is incorporting his life into two novels. I will look forward to reading them both. I'd also like to say that I really enjoyed 'Lady of the English' as well as your other works .
Hi Brenna
thank you for the welcome and I will also look at the Game of Thrones thread. I am on the second novel with that one and am now watching the TV adaptation which is very good.
Best Wishes
Bec
