It's not a book, but...

Post by Divia » Sun July 24th, 2011, 12:47 am

Ok, I can finally say it. FINALLY. While not a book my comic Divination was picked up by MTV and will be feature don their latest and greatest MTV Geek.

Its a tiny write up, but hey it is something. And besides, Stan Lee was on the panel, and well he is the man.
Finally, MTV Geek will also announce two new comics. The first is Divination, written by Eisner nominee Val Staples and Gina Iorio with artwork by Julia Laud. The story follows Anastasia Kempka, “whose teenage life is thrown into chaos after she discovers an eerie connection to the afterlife.” It’s also the first manga from MTV comics.

Thanks. I'm excited, and nervous. But hey its a foot in the door. And of course there are historical elements to the comic. :D
