Well, I've just bumped into Robin Hood and his Merry Men - I'm on my way home to save my castle, having survived the Crusades with Richard the Lionheart.

I'm in Vancouver, Canada, and I'm enjoying the forest while squishing my toes in the mud.

I'm currently in Whitehall Palace trying to figure out my way around and hoping to get a glimpse of King Edward VI.
Madeleine, I'm very jealous of your trip to Lake Garda. I honeymooned there, it was beautiful.
I'm currently in Fredericksburg, Virginia, in the first days of the American Civil War, trying not to let on that I'm really a Northerner from Maine...
Hi Susanna, yes Garda is lovely, I really enjoyed your book and it was nice reading it in the actual area, although we were at the other end of the lake. And after reading about Rose visiting the horses in St Marks, when we went to Venice I made sure I went to see them too - although I nearly didn't make it up those stairs! Thanks for the recommendation, they were worth seeing.
I'm now in Kent, in the fictitious village of Steeple Martin.
