Those Barbie table decorations are really awful, I'd really like to see the person who pays £100 for those! The bookcase does sound lovely, I'd quite like the open top touring car too ;)

Yes, I liked the car. I agree, the Barbie things are dreadful. Can you imagine a dinner party with those on your table...... :eek: I wouldn't give 50p for them.

That Barbie on the left looks like one of the ones from the early 1960's (some had the very heavy eyeshadow), although the hair has been redone.

The blonde barbie looks like she's been made up to be a zombie. I certainly wouldn't have expected to see those on a table if I'd been invited to dinner by Deb Devonshire! Candles? Flowers? But not crazy barbies! :p

I visited Chatsworth when I was in Derby in 2001, I wish I remembered more about it, and they wouldn't let you take pictures. No creepy barbies though!
