'Ghost was great; Dirty Dancing not so much
Oh EC, Chicago is one of my favorite musicals, and its a soundtrack I listen to at least a few times every year. I got hooked seeing the movie, after all the times I missed seeing the Broadway musical that came here. Its not been here in a while, but if it does come back, I'm getting front row seats!

I felt lukewarm about Ghost. It was just okay for me... a little too sentimental and feel good kinda film. Dirty Dancing, however, at least had the dirty dancing which I liked.
We've been watching the Home Alone movies (1 and 2) with the kids. My youngest loves them. We've also been watching Transformers (1 and 2) because my oldest loves them, which is a little surprising but I suspect she has one of those little tween crushes on Shia Labeouf (though she'd never admit it to me). The fact that she likes to watch Even Stevens on Disney XD is a huge clue.

"Night At the Museum 2: Battle of the Smithsonian", it was good, had some laugh out loud moments, some bits went on a little long.

"Drag Me to Hell" with Alison Lohman. I was expecting a semi-stupid horror film, something I could glance at while reading at the same time; turns out, it was super creepy.
Absolutely love Home Alone I. I have the soundtrack, and often play it this time of year. (along with the the Charlie Brown soundrtrack)
It's one of those movies I have to watch every year when the season comes around. Doesn't matter how often I've seen it before or how cheesy it is, nothing else will fit the bill. It's the same at Halloween. I always have to watch Hocus Pocus and Sleepy Hollow.
