I just left Thebes and what's left left of Nefertiti's family. I'd like to go back.

I went to the Tut exhibit twice this spring. They had things from Tiya's and Kiya's tombs and several statues and things from Amarna. I could see these things as I read. It was like reading in 3D :p

Interest in HF: The first historical novel I read was Katherine by Anya Seton and this sparked off my interest in this genre.
Favourite HF book: Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell!

Nefret: nope, 2 are nonfiction that bounce around times. One fiction book is set in 1781 and the other bounces around from the 15th century to the 20th century.
