Robin Williamson has some great humouros stories as well as knowing how to tell the Arthurian ones right. Has a book of them too which I had read as a kid.

Anyway, I just found a great Hungarian folk band called Kolinda. It isn't the kind of brash cymbaly music or even Marta Sebestyen, but it sounds a lot more ancient. Mostly minor key on fiddle and pipe! The kind of thing which sounds mysterious and ancient, even though it isn't old at all.

For the warmer days ahead: The Caribbean from Putumayo Music. One summer we went to the Caribbean on a cruise so it'll be a great way to remember it.

I've got my iPod repeating the Pride and Predjudice soundtrack over and over. Absolutely love the score and just ordered the songbook for 12 of the songs from Amazon. My summer music project is to learn to play them all well and then to enjoy my own P&P music concert. Getting my piano tuned would really help, too!

I like everything and anything! Right now I am in love with Fairy Dance by Ashley MacIsaac and David's Jig by Natalie McMaster which are "World" gendre music. I am also going through an Alphaville kick plus, I like the songs "Up Among the Heather" by the Irish Rovers, Lady GaGa's "Poker Face", Katy Perry's Hot N Cold, and "Pancho and Lefty" by Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard. How's that for variety! :D

Led Zeppelin, Houses of the Holy. For whatever reason, it helps me think.

I don't think my mother is ever going to forgive me for that :D
