I have today off work. :)

Bad thing about that is that I swapped my shift with someone else so I have to work Sunday instead.

How funny, my daughter got hers yesterday, too! She's a little late doing so--just wasn't terribly interested, and since we don't have an extra car anyway, it's not like she'd get to drive a lot. But she's leaving for college in the fall, and needs to be confident behind the wheel before she goes.

Here's hoping our hearts and nails survive the process, Pat!

It was bad enough waiting while she did the theory test! I had taken my book but couldnt even get it out of my bag! Dred to think what I will be like when she is allowed out on her own!

First day I got mine my dad made me do all the hard stuff, like reversing out on to Main North Road (this is a big and busy tri-lane road that leads toward the city centre). I almost wet myself out of fear.
