Princes in the Tower
Princes in the Tower
Did anyone in OZ catch the Princes in the Tower doc-drama on ABC TV the other night. And if so, what did you think of it?

I've never seen it, though I think it's available in the US on DVD. The Richard III Society's Yahoo group has discussed it.

Now that I think about it....
I think that I downloaded it some time ago. I do remember finding the torrents for it, and getting quite excited about it. Will have to rifle through the computer!
ETA: I download more than I watch...much like I buy more books than I can read! I downloaded Alatrise ages ago, only to find out just this minute that it is on TV tomorrow night!

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I did happen to see this when it was on Australian television. It was very interesting - not least because of a very yummy Perkin Warbeck! It was freely admitted in the beginning that there were no transcripts kept of Perkins' interrogations - so I guess there was a lot of creative license taken. It was certainly sympathetic to him and to Elizabeth of York - not so to Henry and his mother. I won't say who was blamed for the princes' deaths, but there was an interesting little twist at the end.
