Wow, this one is from so long ago, I can't believe I recognized it! Different pose but definitely the same photoshoot. If you look at the dress/necklace - it's out of focus but definitely the same:

Same photoshoot - I wasn't sure at first because the model is so small on The Alice Network cover, but if you do the "look inside" thing on Amazon, you can see a bigger version and it's definitely the same hat/neck warmer.

I immediately thought Kate Furnivall, but I can't find any matching covers for her books. Some are close though, a few ladies in red dresses with some Russian-looking architecture in the background.
