Wow didn't drag for me at all. Amazing finale. Cersei's act was telegraphed throughout the series with mentions of wildfire by various characters, so that didn't surprise me, but the number of characters that ended up gone did! And ah poor Tommen - an innocent surrounded by conniving manipulative people, he had no way out. He wanted to be a good king but no one was going to allow that.

I liked the way that Ser Davos finally seems to be coming out of Stannis's shadow, loved it when he finally

was another surprise, think that blindsided a lot of people (including me).

Interesting to see that it finished with most of the women seeming to have the upper hand - although judging by the look that Jaime gave Cersei it's difficult to say what will happen with those two, and what is Varys up to? :?

But yes, quite a clear out, although it's good to see that the

Isn't the next season going to be shorter?
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!

Yes only 7 eps, I think they're splitting the final series into two. Starts in the UK July 17th.

What did everyone think of Series 7, then? Some of the episodes seemed to be lacking the detail of earlier seasons, but the finale was fantastic, I thought. Ice dragon! :o

Yep I loved the ice dragon, although I thought that the previous episode
would have worked well as a final episode too, and as for Episode 4
I did think it felt a bit rushed though, they seemed to dart around from one place to another very quickly which made it a bit confusing trying to remember who was where, nice to see all the different factions coming together though, sort of!
