Finished The Winter Sea, one of the best books I've read in a while.

I'm now reading The Penelopiad by Margaret Atwood.

Still on a non-fiction kick: an Oscar Wilde biography by his contemporary Frank Harris. Just finished the chapter on Wilde's enemies and their accusations of his "abnormal viciousness" (aka homosexuality or maybe his affection for the French--it's hard to be sure).

Written in My Own Heart's Blood by Diana Gabaldon. I will admit that I printed out a summary of An Echo in the Bone because I needed a refresher on what happened!

I saw a one star review of Written in My Own Heart's Blood on Amazon not on the content of the novel but because the font in the hardcover was too small! I have the Kindle version, so I can't verify this.

I haven't seen that review. I did see the book landed in the Overdrive catalog, so I put in a purchase suggestion.
