I'll be interested to know what you think re the Rivelle book, so I'll keep quiet. It's a while since I half-read it anyway, so I can't give you specifics.

You really will need to like repitious sentences of how beautiful the main male character is, because at least half of the book says it over and over again. Otherwise she is a good story teller but the book could have been about half as long without all the repeated adoration.I'm thining of reading Twilight and the others, they sound really good.
