Game of Thrones Season 3

Post by rebecca » Tue April 2nd, 2013, 2:02 am

Is it just me or does the hour of GOT go so fast that it seems like you've only been watching it for 20 minutes?

My heart went out to Tyrion and I thought Cirian Hinds made a good debut. I can't wait for next Monday.

Bec :) PS: But no Brienne/Jaime :(

I've recorded it too, can't wait although I think I will skip most of the Dany scenes.

Yeah, when the credits came up at the end, my sister in law and I both shouted "Nooo, not yet!"

Did anyone see the April's Fool prank on Facebook about Peter Dinklage leaving the show and being replaced by Warwick Davies?? They were talking about transposing faces in the previous two series! They said they wanted a more farcical Tyrion. LOL. There were some upset fans who hadn't clicked.

Recorded but I may actually record all the series and watch in a about 3 goes if I can restrain myself that long. I don't want to just watch the first and then be sitting there thinking 'Wah, but I want more NOW!' If I defer watching for a few weeks, I'll have that back up!

And it's been renewed for a 4th series.

LOL....I remember when I was young and coming home from school my mother was distraught and took me in to show what a 'documentary' had unearthed. A gardener was pulling out his carrots and nearby was a microphone recording the carrot screaming in agony  ...My mother said, 'I am never going to eat another carrot again...' :p :p I reminded her of the date April 1st! True story :D :D.....The following year we watched on the news a group of Italian ladies picking off limp spaghetti from trees and my mother turned and said, 'Well I never knew spaghetti grew on trees....' :p :p :D Yes it was April 1st again!

Poor Mum she fell for them all the time :p

But to get back to GOT.....It went so dang fast. I wish they'd make the first episode two hours...There wasn't a single character who was in it for too long...Can't wait for episode 2 :D

That spaghetti tree hoax is still talked about here as well, I don't remember it but it's a classic April Fool.
