I hit the thrift store yesterday with some interesting finds, two are older versions of books I'd picked up as kindle freebies :o

Anyone ever heard of Ramona by Helen Hunt Jackson? Sounds interesting, but the font size is terrifying.

I also picked up a book by the other Elizabeth Chadwick. ;)

Found and bought a cheap copy of Crime Through Time, an anthology of historical mystery short stories because I want to read Kate Ross' "The Lullaby Cheat" from her Julian Krestel series.

Sword Song by Bernard Cornwell
Into battle we ride with Gods by our side
We are strong and not afraid to die
We have an urge to kill and our lust for blood has to be fulfilled
WE´LL FIGHT TILL THE END! And send our enemies straight to Hell!

My long-awaited paperback copy of SKP's Lionheart arrived yesterday. I'm not sure what I think of the cover artwork though, I think I prefer the HB and the US versions:

It really stands out next to the others on my bookshelf!
