I received a lovely card from Susan, along with a couple of local photos and a note about each of them, very much appreciated by this history geek. The Buddha sounds like an interesting spot to visit. I've snapped a shot of the photos since I don't have a scanner at home, sorry about the poor quality.

Thank you Susan. I hope this wasn't languishing in my mail box too long. I don't get the mail every day of the week.

You're very welcome! I knew you'd like the history notes about the local sites!

Madeleine-

I got my card right before the holidays and I loved it! Thank you so much!!

I apologize again to MLE that I couldn't find a decent postcard/card around here anywhere but I promise to send another one as soon as I do. I hope the cute polar bear card made up for it!

Glad it arrived OK! I decided to send one from a place in NC I'd visited rather than from where I live--much more interesting!

I got Sweet Potato Boy's cards--thanks!

Glad you got the card Brenna - the places on there aren't that near where I live, but it was the best I could get! Will try to be more organised in future..
