I just started reading Freida Lightfoot's "The Reluctant Queen." As soon as I'm done, I'm re-reading Judith Koll Healy's "The Canterbury Papers." I hope it's as good as I remember it being!
Hi Oldhousejunkie
I have two Freda Lightfoot books on my TBR kindle list one of them is the above mentioned. What did you think of it? I have so many on my TBR list that it's a real muddle as to what to read next I am a bookaholic .
Bec PS: Good luck with your writing.

LOL, Misfit. The other book (Fifty Shades of Grey) is causing a storm at the moment! There have been chats on the radio about it and all sorts.
currently reading: My Books on Goodreads

I did read Fifty Shades (library copy, I won't line their overstuffed pockets). I thought it was so-bad-it's-funny. My favorite time suck is watching the status updates at Goodreads. Made a lot of new friends.
I'll get a chance to read more tonight. Instead of biting her lips, she picks her nose . He just flew her to Seattle. Took off from the rooftop of his fancy high-priced Portland Hotel (the Holiday Inn, lol). His plane was an F14 tomcat. Lots of references to Tom Cruise, which since he's six years older go right over her stupid head. On the way to Seattle he opened up the guns and blew a heart shaped hole through Mount Rainier and flew through it.
