Yeah, I'm with you, Divia. I liked it, but it wasn't as awesome as I had hoped. My dad visited the McCoy's coal mine back in the '70s (I'm a coal miner's daughter.) so I'd heard a little about them. Did you know that the families (at least a few years back) hold an annual golf tournament. Ha! Many of my in-laws live in Pikeville (McCoy headquarters) so I tease them relentlessly.

Did it crack anyone else up how they had Johnsey (sp?) half naked for most of the show? Ha! Good job, History Channel, on trying to get us chicks into it.

Watched it and was disappointed. No real spark, I felt. Shame because it had great potential and some pretty good actors.
