Germaine de Foix, second wife of Ferdinand?

Post by Helen_Davis » Thu September 11th, 2014, 11:01 pm

Is there any good fiction about Ferdinand of Aragon's second wife GErmaine de Foix?

"The first time a book has gotten us close to Evita, in all her misery and all her splendor."
Excerpt from the Spanish summary of my novel

Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.
Location: California Bay Area

I seem to remember a story about her brother, who died leading a French army against the Spanish forces in Italy--mostly because of the plot thread where he was up against his brother-in-law. But the name of that novel (or it may have been a short story) is gone with the name of the title character...
