I've finished "This Time Together: Laughter and Reflection" by Carol Burnett (267pgs, 2010). A book of anecdotes from her life. She is just as funny in writing as in person. Highly recommend, a quick and easy read.

Lucky you- you must have an ARC?

Currently reading a very stylish, stripped-down western called Appaloosa, by the late, great Robert B Parker.

I've finished "Digging Up the Dead: A History of Notable American Reburials" by Michael Kammen (237pgs, 2011). A interesting book, well written and despite the title it does deal with some foreign exhumations and reburials.

Finished In the Garden of Beasts by Erik Larson, NF set in Nazi Germany -- very disturbing in spots. Now I've started on Heartbroke Bay, by Lynn D'urso (finally!)

The name of the actual bay that book is based on escapes me, but do look up the images of before and after on the web. The power of nature is pretty scary stuff at times.
