Secrets and Scandal: 5 Super Spies of the Georgian Era

Post by Rowan » Fri January 2nd, 2015, 10:28 pm

Okay this is not my work, but that of my fabulous friend Catherine Curzon. I need to tug a little harder to get her to join us here. She writes historical fiction about the Georgian era and her alter ego - Madame Gilflurt - writes the ever educating blog 'A Covent Garden Gilflurt's Guide to Life'.

Catherine is now the 18th Century columnist for Whizzpast and this is her second article for them...

Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.

I often read Madam Gilflurt's posts. She has a fascinating collection of data!
