Qatar
I've been to Qatar last summer. I feel dumb but I thought that Qatar is kind of a city in Egypt. I expected to have a wonderful journey to the world of the mystery but I got skyscrapers, rich arrogant Qatari's and a lot of sand. It's a pity, but there are no historical interests. There are three kinds of entertainment: malls, clubs, 2 museums. Qatar has a capital city - Doha, and it's only one city as the real city, a few others just villages. I was totally disappointed. Next time I'll take a trip to Egypt.

Re: Qatar
I wonder if anybody has visited Islamic countries and found there is something interesting from the historical point of interest. Please, share your experience!
