Bella, the crazy tabby

Post by Felicia J » Mon October 5th, 2009, 1:18 am

Every book person needs a cat, in my humble opinion!

Here's a nice, big version of my avatar so you can see my Bella in all her awesomeness. We rescued her from a shelter 18 months ago. She is about 4 years old and is very active (although you'd never know it from the pic), inquisitive and into EVERYTHING! She keeps us on our toes.

I think she bears a bit of a resemblance to Misfit.

I'll also attach a second photo of her going crazy with a catnip toy.

Oooh, you have one of those catnip things, hot cats are they called? Mine are still several years old but still attract a good kitty rubbing on occasion.

Misfit is a rescue kitty of sorts, but she was a feral kitten who strayed into the warehouse at work. Loooong story, but she's quite sociable now, although she still goes to the beat of a different drummer.
At home with a good book and the cat...

She has lovely markings, and glad to see she's a keen reader too!

LOL! She makes a very nice lap-warmer, Vanessa. She is very soft!
