My students hate inconclusive endings. Well, that's the general feeling anyway. By the time you'll read this I'll be dead, is a good example of that. You dont know if the girl lives or dies and a lot of my students felt cheated. they loved the book, hated the ending.
Not sure I can do one with this story. Now, the other WIP I was working on had one. But that one was generally a happy one.

Two things are left unresloved in the story. The reader doesnt know what happens to two characters. The MCs future hinges on one, but for the most part the reader knows where she is going.
