How do I add a YouTube video so that the video appears in the thread? I can't seem to figure it out here.

The latest version of the software allows us to embed videos. I need to purchase a new license before I can download that. Maybe in a couple of weeks I'll be able to do that, depending on how the bills go.

My two cents (as a member, not as a mod) are that it isn't something we need bad enough to warrant spending extra $$$ for.

Well, I do need to get a new license sometime. In the meantime, I did fix it so you can attach .wmv files.

I don't know why we need to embed videos. Personally, I find it obnoxious when people get too liberal with it. Links work just fine.

We have an enbedded rule on a website where I moderate because often times links can bring you to a lot of swear words. While we are all adults here I assume we are a family friendly site.
