Individual Reading Lists Posts?
Hi all,
I was thinking of us having a section where each member who wanted to could have a post where they list every book they've read in the year updating it as they go along. I know we have "What Are You Reading" but this way you could see what you and others have already read in one look.
What do members think?

I do that at another board, and find it very handy.
I have Librarything, but this is an extra to it.

That sounds interesting. I like it. But would we be able to do it here? I mean we could have 50 threads of people tell us what they were reading.
News, views, and reviews on books and graphic novels for young adult.

Well that was/is the plan. We'd have a section and there'd be like "Sonja's Books Read In 2008" or the like and people could just click on the ones they wanted to check out.

- Interest in HF: started in childhood with the classics, which, IMHO are HF even if they were contemporary when written.
- Favourite HF book: Prince of Foxes, by Samuel Shellabarger
- Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.

I don't see a place to put it in the user profile.

Exactly.. just have a forum called something like "Reader's Logs" as in the link example in my post above.. or as done at http://www.itsamustread.com
.. and each member has their own thread they edit and other members can comment on their reading if they desire.

Cool, thanks! I'll work on mine later, now that the "old" place is up I can scour the old What Are You Reading Thread so I remember all that I've read!
