Hello All,
I'm Renee and am pleased to have found your forum. In my earlier life I was an avid fiction reader with a special love for historical. Then, alas, my work world took over and I became inundated with tons of professional reading. My whole reading world revolved around nonfiction, both professional and interest based. At this stage of my life I am re-entering the world of fiction and it has been a great escapist romp. My favorite author, if I had to narrow to one, would be Charles Dickens. I enjoy hf novels set in America, England, Scotland, France, and Ireland. Love, love, love the accumulation of titles and authors I've gathered from this site!

Welcome, Renee! Dickens is my favorite too. Bleak House and Our Mutual Friend are tied for first place for me.

Preferred HF: Currently prefer 1600 and earlier, but I'll read anything that keeps me turning the page.
